Indeed, having the original sketch is quite nice as well, even though we have a coloured picture too. After all, you've made changes in between them.
If anything, you made her eyes even better, with that depth of colour. She truly is mesmerizing right now. And that specific skin tone, how it looks here... ahhhhhh... And the high waistline of her bottom, and that way her top is stretched, oh, oh... ohhh... Even her "closed" pose and unwelcoming messages she's sending don't detract from just how very lovely to look at she is here. If anything, her face makes it even more beautiful in a way. I really like that comparatively simple, but very effective shading on her, and I think she's earned her shiny skin here with those highlights - there're just as many and as strong as there needs to be. Also, nice work detailing this here chair, and the sea (it reminds me of Celestia's mane), with particular bonus points for how you show the chair legs buried in the sand and for how you shaded its metallic components under the arm rests (seriously, it's crazy tricky to shade metal for many people, big bonus points for that). And, with the picture's composition, with her pose and how everything aligns, her hair actually ended up as gorgeously voluminous as Adagio's, or at least as close to that as it can be... which I love so much. All in all, truly well done, dearest pirate.

Well, I wouldn't call it scolding! It's more like normal feedback, really. You normally remove your sketch and put the finished piece up instead, but your sketch is different from it, so it's rather nice to see the sketch as well! I'd love it if you could submit the finished pieces separately. *puts on a radiation suit and wipes your face carefully using a magic-controlled napkin from a distance*
Nope, no cons I can say get in the way of anything! Sure, there're things like "low detail for the background", but it's not the point here because it's a character piece and a character piece only! Even in the rough form it's in, it really does its job, it feels detailed, it suggests detail without actually putting it in directly - which is actually a technique many artists use, a clever and tricky one. Well done on using it. You actually didn't make her skin too shiny, and the same goes with her hair - I like it too! It's not a fault. And well, she's a siren, she's almost naked, she's eating a popsicle... she's a tsundere, too. So it's inevitable she's sexy! That said, I'm happy you are comfortable enough with making someone look sexy when it is called for and makes sense!
Maybe, just maybe, her toes, particularly the small one, look just a little too small. But the foot itself is shaped quite well, particularly for the fairly low-detail style, and well, that's actually a very hard thing for artists to get right!
Sure, the texture of the chair isn't the highest, but you have added highlights and strokes of colours onto it and the shadow of Aria's is composed of many strokes of different intensity/opacity as well, and Aria's shadow doubles as a "stretched fabric" effect under her butt, and the stretched fabric under her feet - it does look detailed! And yay! It does look metallic, the metal part. It's no accident, dear, it's your talent!

No it isn't~ She's in lovingly high detail for the given style, she is. And of course, as ever, you understand it all - they're simple words, as well. And well, it's not really that it's a big thing to enjoy - but it is not unenjoyable. In any case, I'm what I'm enjoying much more is the fact that you can do it, after all.
As for toes, I think I see what you mean there, but I also think you could've extended the lines on her small toes more so that they still seem the normal length, and maybe made them thinner or, indeed, tilted towards one side. It's something small, but still interesting to develop.Β
You know what would be fun to see? Fabric that's looser, that stretches more. I know chairs like these (well, duh), and they come in varieties with both very taut fabric (like Aria has there) or looser ones. Though that would mean more effort... and you're already tired out by your day job, dearest pirate. So I would not expect you to experiment like so.
