Hahaha, my my, going all out on it like that eh dear~ Well, there is no ultra low quality, for me one of the best art styles on the Zelda series is the Wind Waker one so we could say all this is very subjective~
Emotion, well I fell warmth in my heart, this looks like a moment of bonding between Sunny and Woona, they seem to really care about each other, that they share love.
And interpretation, let's just say I see a mother figure with Sunny and the child with Woona, yet it could be the other way around as well, having some sweets together, look at Sunny's expression, it reflects so much care and love, also patience, it trully is amazing and just makes me think how amazing you are at expressing all this my dear.

And yet, even the art style of Wind Waker is a lot better than my pic here..! So, the Ultra quality, at the very least, is like Ori and the Blind Forest art style..! Mwahahaha..!
You feel warmth because of the characters..! They represent real life so much, that they feel real to you..! It's all on the characters..!
