Well, it's an Elvish language from Lord of the Rings.. the "Ochedin Valannor" literally means "I threw from me the chance to go to Valinor", but it can be translated as "I renounce the blessed realm"..
and in the game Shadow of Mordor, Celibrimbor shouts that phrase when he dominates his opponent.. with a scary face..!
Actually I was going to use "Nin gostatha Gwaith ban a gellatha", which means "All shall fear me and rejoice!" to make more sense, but I like that phrase more.. eheheh..!
