The shadow on the other side would be a Hylian guard, and Damien is a bit of a thief, so of course he's scared. Nobody likes jail. Or Hyrule Castle's dungeons, more likely. C:

nah, bombs are small fry. I mean, if Tetra's crew can steal them and then Link can steal them from the crew (granted, the ship was unguarded and they're no the most vigilant crew anyway) and no one gets punishment, it's obviously not something that'll get you thrown in jail. Fined and slapped around a bit, probably, but not jail.
Now if I stole those bombs and managed to block the waterflow in the Zora realm with fallen rocks dislodged by an explosion, that would probably get me in Hylian/Hyrulean (can't remember which one's right) jail XD

Or I could trap the Zoras behind the rockfall. Or stop the flow further downstream, like right before the kargorok (not sure on spelling) riding game thing.
....And there's always the possibility of threatening the Zoras. I mean, if they're fish, they've got the fish tissues that are sensitive to pressure changes (part of why fish don't float up when they stop swimming). If they have those tissues, then an underwater explosion (like say, a stolen bomb or five) will cause the blood cells in the tissues to rupture, and they'll probably die of blood loss or excessive trauma. So if they don't want to die, they'll let me block the water from leaving their realm. ANd if I fail and they catch me, then hey, bam, in jail where I wanted to be in the second place XD
BTW, I learned all that fish stuff from Mythbusters.

You make interesting plots.
Though considering Zoras make bombs FOR underwater purposes, they might not have those issues with explosives.
If it were me I'd just steal some hot spring water or something. XD

But anyone would have an issue with explosives if one was strapped to their leg. well, that's what I think, I have no clue, I haven't strapped a bomb to anyone's leg.... I think XD
hot spring water might work, but seeing as you can fill a bottle with it and no one spazzes at you, I don't think it'll get either of us in jail. Now if we stole that water, went up to one of the guards and threw it at him, then pointed, laughed, and ran, that could work.
...Or we could throw a cucco at him instead. They're rather expendable.

Maybe if you somehow overflowed Lake Hylia into the desert and then threw a ton of those ice guys into the mush?
