First off, this costume is made 100% by for her Mewtwo cosplay. I wore it this morning because we wanted to take Mew and Mewtwo pics, but we more or less ran out of time before J-Fest, so we just snapped a quick solo of me as Mewtwo.The design is based off of the Pokemon Gijinka design for Mewtwo
