But deal with the .inf file is pretty hard : For those who don't have an Install-right-click-option, juste open an Admin console in the extracted files folder, and put rundll32 syssetup,SetupInfObjectInstallAction DefaultInstall 128 .\install.inf in and run.
Then, go to the Mouse settings and change the skin from the dropdown list.
