Red Spy from TF2, just made him in a neat little pose. Hey look, a background! ...ish...The suit is kinda messed up, but ehh I really don't feel like fixing this, so enjoy it nevertheless.

His groin area looks somewhat.... wonky. I feel like you were using the left knee to hide it, and the leg looks like it isn't connected to a pelvis at all. The suit and pants are also somewhat blended together. If it wasn't for that one line between them, it'd look like a striped jumpsuit with a tie. I'd try and make the suit longer or more distinguished from the pants, and vice versa.
