Ah, yes. The level that made me realize Tim Skold had his own solo record outside of his KMFDM collaboration when they made "Anarchy".
I didn't even know it was the same vocalist until later in my life. But the song "Chaos" will always be one I listen to regularly. I even had a cat named after it lol.
This is the Amazonia level featured in Twisted Metal 4, which has a more of an Indiana Jones' theme as opposed to the one in Twisted Metal 2, which is more like a lethal lava land.
You fight Super Axel, who must be an alternate version of TM3 Axel but if he actually got his wish. I totally dig the design for this specific version of the character. Too bad he didn't have a story. Mecha Axel seemed like a cool idea.
