I've got someone doing a commission for me who needs a full reference of Angel. And... anyone else who wants to draw her is more than welcome to.
Please note the colors are not accurate. I made them really pale so you could see all the lines. She has such dark coloring, it's hard to see the details all the time.

Wow, I never realized just how detailed Angel actually was. I can see the work you put into this. No wonder she's your only "drop-dead gorgeous" Sue, as you mentioned in the what's-it-called meme (you know the one!).
I've been trying to create my own OC that I'm happy with. Looking at this refence sheet, I don't know if this leaves me feeling ENcouraged, or DIScouraged. >_<

I know what I want. I know the character I want to use as a basis, the alt-mode, and a general transformation scheme. What I need is a rough mock-up of the character, to help me decide where to place the kibble in bot mode. Think you can help me out?

I'm afraid not. It takes me a LONG time to design characters from scratch, especially Transformers. I'm afraid you'd have to commission me if you wanted a full character design.
