Description
Originally produced on the hive world of Nightfallen as a cheap PDF weapon, the Type 825 Autogun became more for the less scrupulousness. Designed to use the long 8.25 round, the Type 825 was built to offer decent stopping power and be compact enough for use in enclosed corridors. The Type 825 failed to impress the local defense forces as its compact size, lack of a barrel counterweight, rate of fire (700 rpm), and large calibre made it difficult to control. It soon found itself increasingly popular among the many gangs of Nightfallen's underhives. Stocked with cheap and readily available ammunition, the Type 825 has allowed many gangs well armed enough to be a problem to local hive enforcers. Predominately manufactured out of the less reputable Baba-Yaga Hive, the sale of 825's has made a great profit for the nobles above and its low maintenance and low cost have caused it to be increasingly popular on other worlds throughout the Rem Sector.-----
