I'm sorry if you do not have bones, for now I'm trying to learn how to export models to xna, then I'll see how to add bones.
if someone wants to put bones on you, you have the right to do so freely.

Good one there!

I never had luck myself extracting models with bones from the Outbreak series ... but I did it so long ago, and I was using the old tools ... *sigh*

On the other hand I've had a lot of luck with a technique called skin wrapping.  I'll take another similar model (in this case a rigged normal shark model), pose it beforehand so that all of its bones and such are in the same position as the limbs and extremities of the model I want to rig (Neptune here), and then literally "wrap the skin" of my unrigged model around the posed one.  Both Blender and 3DS Max can do this, and there's tutorial videos for both on YouTube on how to do it with each program.  It might be worth the practice for you, because that's how I rigged the bodies for almost all of my own Outbreak character and zombie bone rigs.  I wrapped them around DSC character models, and then copied their bone rigs into the Outbreak models using the Skin Wrap function in 3DS Max.  You won't be able to do complex heads/face rigs that way (too many "fine" bones there), but skin wrapping makes full body rigging a snap.
