Fuhrer Dökvik the Third, the most recent ruler of the Døvak Imperial Empire. Taking up power after the “untimely” death of his father 430 million years ago. Dökvik is cruel and cold but still pragmatic individual with ravenous lust for everso control over the galaxy. His name itself in Tvôrtsian language means “to take with ruthlessness” and he does so vigorously as he firmly follows the fascist beliefs he was raised up with. That the Døvak race’s was superior to not only other Tvôrtsi races, but all intelligent life in the known Universe. Continuing his lineage of conquering other planets to either force the indigenous species under their administration or to be wiped out. Putting civilizations under subjugation as their people are force in to harsh labor while resources of their home world are stripped for the Dôvak own profits. Dökvik and the Døvak Imperial Empire continuesly expand their reaches further and further out into Milky Way Galaxy like celestial tumor. Unlike the predecessors before him, Dökvik is direct with overseeing and strategizing his military in defeating other parties and over throwing their civilizations. He himself was trained and specialized in physical, psychic and firearm combat. Sometime present in the final stretch of defeating opposing forces. However he is normally sitting upon his black throne within the flagship Tvôrtsian, Tartarus. A floating, impenetrable fortress guarded by a black dragon. He also personally oversee any operations directly involving the Abhorrent Threat. One said operation led to the “capture” of the Abhorrent One, Agiel, an achievement no one has ever done before. Within the Tvôrtsi military, special individuals are assigned to a selected kaiju within their forces. These individuals, dubbed “Supervisor”, have a structured mental network between them and the kaiju they command over. This allows the Tvôrtsi to give direct orders to the kaiju and the kaiju relay back information to their supervisor. As Fuhrer, Dökvik has supervisor control of all active Praetorian individuals of their army. Most prominently the current leading force of the Praetorians, Stygian Malalis. However being a tyrannical ruler is not without detriments. As the much as the official Døvak Imperial army tries to keep it from public knowledge, their empire is slowly crumbling apart. With the increasing resistance of forces both outside and inside as well the rising issue of the Praetorian forces diminishing, adding stress off dealing with the almost impossible threat of the Abhorrent Ones. It is only time before this cruel king’s own greatness collapse upon itself.
