I completely forgot about this guy. He is also one of my favorite characters I've made. This is Windy (Windslaher is his full name ew) He is missing a claw on his hand. I didn't add any blood or stuff like that because I was more focused on the patterns and colors of this guy. He has had at least 7 redesigns and even rewriting of character. I was going to change the ability he could turn into other people. I thought he shouldn't have it anymore, but doing that would ruin his symbolism. I'll do a bio/ref on him soon hopefully, it will be a lot tho because the purple on him are random.

Remember this is Shady's mate. She likes him because of his little top hat. Jk, she likes him because she finds him interesting and funny. I'll tell you all a tiny spoiler, he seems like a happy go lucky dinosaur, but he likes to hide his feelings.
