Description
The result of an Imperial experiment on "Powered armor" which involved a willing subject being permanently encased in a heavy armored hydraulic suit that pretty much becomes their new skin. A willing subject was Vargas, A special forces veteran who became paralyzed due to a landmine and was just itching to find a way to return to service. Despite the suit restoring Vargas's ability to walk and giving him near superhuman strength and resilience. The suit is too impractical and expensive to see widespread use and due to lack of willing subjects the program was cancelled after Vargas.
Vargas was glad to return to service with the Empire. but living like this does have it's drawbacks such as having to carry a large battery back on him at all times. and knowing that he'll never be able to come out of the suit can mess with his psyche making him not sure if he's even human anymore. He's become a national hero giving him nicknames like "The Golden Knight" or "The Imperial Enforcer" . Though those outside the empire view him as an abomination of science.
