The Search: Hi everyone, another halo 5ish render, this one is loosly based of the trailer released for Halo 5. Im alittle confused as to why Locke has a H2A BR and why the Elites are based of H2A yet FT Osiris and the Arbiter are H5?? Anyway I wanted to try and capture the clip none the less. The Locke model is diff then the ingame one as Ive studied the clip alot even in the clip Lockes Helmet changes if you watch closely lol anyway I hope you like the results.Credits: 343 for the halo 5 content and Amazon and microsoft studios for the Killer instinct content and Bungie for the invroment H3/ erik945 over at Xentax.com for the max script// Soul_ over at facePunch.com for the Fireteam Osiris pack./// Killer instinct models I had thought it was a script from a guy but found out it was not his so I have to look further into that source but it was a importer for max and with update this soon sorrry.
Image was rendered in 3d Max Postwork and retexture work done in PhotoShop..

thank you and thanks for the info that would explain why Lockes armor is diff in the trailer, I also think that 343 sourced the video out but not sure

I think the main reason why he had an H2A BR is because the trailer was a part of H2A, so even the Arbiter behind his H5 Armor was an H2A style Elite, a long with this Swords of Sanghelios Elites that not only were H2A Elites (in body), but also in Armor. Ā
I still have yet to play H5, though I know that upon seeing the later trailers not associated with H2A, they changed the Elites and the Arbiter over to H4 style Elite Bodies, as well as giving the Swords the H4 style basic Elite Conehead Armor, which was an absolute shame to me.
In anycase, you did great work capturing the trailer.
