Nuzlockes are never without causalities. I will remind folks that Moemon aren't dying in this particular Nuzlocke, rather they are becoming too injured to fight any more and are retiring (to a nice beach resort, I should add!) However, I'd still much rather not have this happen to my friends, but such is the way of life. I lost these 4 during various Gyms (mostly to the leader, but Cassandra was to a Jynx earlier in the Gym that single-handedly was more threatening than the rest of the entire Gym, including the leader lol). These were indeed some rough losses, but the run is still progressing nicely, and these guys can cheer on our trainer from their fancy retirement home!
(Side note: Why *does* Clair's Gym have those giant spikes on the walls? If my Moemon weren't as careful as they were; they could have caused some serious injuries! Surely they go against health and safety regulations or something, right?)
