Someone (I can't remember who) asked me if I'd draw Maria, and I said "You know what? Sure!" I feel like Maria doesn't get as much love as a lot of the Sonic characters, and Sonic Adventure 2 is my favourite Sonic game, so really it just makes sense!Also; drawing faces from the side is difficult lol.
