I pair Orihime with him cause she likes him and she admits her feelings to him(though he was asleep). Rukia is kinda like a older sister/ close close friend(I've been wrong before). To me Ichigo and Rukia is like Beat Boy and Raven(assuming you know about the Teen Titans cartoon)
