This brings back memories of peeking over my brothers shoulders and stealing their many interesting cards and they would never get them back 
But I like this piece, I'm still amazed that some people can do those circle seals in their pictures and make them appear to be glowing. Maybe you can tell me how?

Glowing is mainly a light colour surrounded by a diffused/blurry other colour. I'm sure you could find a tutorial.
