That's not Cammy. There are other Doll soldiers used by Bison. The one with the mask is actually called Decapre. Originally from Russia, her appearance resembles Cammy with a black mask. Like Vega, Decapre uses claws in hand-to-hand combat, except her claws are shorter and on both hands.

I liked this ending mainly because Bison is awesome. And that annoying Gill never seems to die. Never!
