Red Earth is the name of the game he's from. In the original Japanese verion (called Warzard), he's known as Mukuro.

The colors and the line art is nice but I don't really really see why the helicopter flew at the ninja on the high pole. I never saw the ending but maybe it was originally that silly.

great job, can't help but say I dont get a kishimoto feeling on this from when Itachi sliced up the whole uchiha clan, but its definitely got its own character as well, love the bills in the air on the last panel
