Artwork: Arnold TsangNow we can finally unveil our big summer surprise!
At conventions throughout the summer and in stores this fall will be a 300+ page artbook jammed with UDON artwork we've done for Capcom: comic books, video games, cards, toys, statues and much more. In addition, the book has a tribute section filled with new pin-ups of Capcom properties and a Tutorial section with step-by-step examples of some of our digital painting techniques.
The first place you'll be able to purchase this hard cover beauty is at Anime Expo this coming weekend.

My god those noodles look so delicious. How did you get the soup look so.... soupy? 8D I the atmosphere in this picture to death. The colors are perfect.
Also, points for putting Megaman and Akira in! Akira should be hugging him though, she's a Megaman-fan ;D

MEGAMAN! XD I would love it if Udon went through with a Megaman comic( I'm sure Udon's thought about it XD). Udon's Capcom-titles are frikkin amazing; I'd love it if you guys got the go ahead to at least explain what happens between Megaman and Megaman X. Hur hur hur.

It goes beyond technique or ideas, you can actually FEEL each character.I can ever hear E.Honda's delightful laughter, be attented by Ibuki or even feel the cold gradually dissipating with the warmness of the udon... pure love

That's awesome! So much detail, and the lighting and colors are gorgeous. Also, I really, really like the noodles Chun-Lee is holding. I'm not sure why, but they just strike me as awesome looking. Great work!

i love the colors in this image. everything works so well. the light and shades are very accurately placed, and the figures are very calmly positioned with their own distinct expressions. the talented Arnold Tsang really pulled off another excellent image
