Generally they get scanned in 300-400dpi. The versions you're seeing on our deviantArt site are scaled down to web-sized jpegs.

and you work in phosohop with a file in 300 dpi?
Some artists says me that is's too haigher value for work in photoshop, if I would like put my work on deviantArt..... What do you think about it?

Work larger for print and then shrink the final image down and save a copy to post on deviantArt. The larger file makes it easier to do detailed work and allows you to print it later if you want to as well.
