Oh man...now I want to play SFA3...but my PS died and I have a copy of the game so no PS2 reads it.
I love the effect on it, almost cell-style, but brighter. Trying to do that coloring effect but no avail.

The flame effects resemble the pixel flames of the actual SF games display.
I believe not much detail was put into it because it will be printed on a much lower scale.

Ahh, the Raging Demon (Shungokusatsu)! The Ultimate technique of Akuma! Once he finishes off the opponent, you see that symbol! Love the flame effect!
