Chapter Twelve

It has been a few days now and lately, you have been thinking about him. ‘ugh, what is wrong with me’ you thought as you sat up in bed. Sans was still asleep, at least you think he is. Thoughts crossed your mind, thoughts about the other Sans and now you were in an emotional turmoil. You sighed lightly, how could you think about him, you had your own, and he treated you like a princess. Maybe you felt pity for him, or maybe you were developing feelings, the very same you had for your Sans.
You got up and changed into a simple shirt and pants as you brushed these thoughts aside.You quietly leave making sure not to wake up Sans. As you leave, you hear noise coming from the kitchen. Obviously Papyrus was back home, you decided to go say good morning. You started walking down the stairs. You trip on the very last step and produced a loud ‘thud’. “HUMAN, ARE YOU OK” Papyrus said as he ran to you and helped you up. What is wrong with you.
“Hi Paps” you laughed as you dusted yourself off. “I HAVE MISSED YOU HUMAN” Papyrus said as a slight orange blush appeared. You didn’t notice as you were looking down, dusting off your pants. “HUMAN, I HAVE MADE BREAKFAST, COME EAT” he said as he ushered you to the kitchen. He seemed nervous for some reason. Whats going on here, things feel different.
You sat at the table waiting for Papyrus to serve you. You get so caught up in your thoughts about the Sans’ that you didn’t notice Papyrus handing you a plate until he says something. “I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT” he said, catching you off guard and making you jump slightly. You looked at the plate and you were speechless. On your plate are pancakes in the shape of a heart with strawberries. Then it hit you, Papyrus doesn’t know about you and Sans.
You looked up at Papyrus who was blushing and looking for your reaction. You were left speechless, not only was he practically admitting his feelings for you, but you were already in a relationship with Sans. You were biting your lip, apparently a little to hard because Papyrus asked why you were bleeding. You quickly wipe your lip. “Um, Paps, you’re sweet, but um, you know, I’m in a relationship with, uh, your brother” you respond trying to act as normal as possible. “I KNOW” he responded. What is going on here.
After around ten minutes of silence, Papyrus said “HUMAN, I MUST LEAVE, BUT WHEN I RETURN, WE MUST TALK.” He then left, leaving you very, very confused. You eat your breakfast then head to the sofa and lay down. You were confused, tired, and did I mention confused. You wanted Sans, you wanted both of the Sans’ actually. How can you get out of this emotional turmoil you were in.
You got caught up in your thoughts of everything thats going on recently that when you finally came back to reality, Sans was sitting next to you. This made you jump, you were still not accustomed to his magic. “slept well” he asked, smiling, “Yea” you respond. He places his arm around you. You lean onto the fur of his hoodie, its warm. Where you gonna tell him about Papyrus? What about your feelings for the other Sans? Lately things have be getting weird and confusing.
