Phobia is really only shy when they’re around Kymil.
Other than that , they are usually rather flirty, a tad off and just rather confident in themselves.
It’s unsure why this happens and when asked…they just purr.
Phobia is indeed an oddball and is theorized to have a baby brain…
They just like to play stupid and are in fact really smart.
