Description
Out of all the planets in my fictional universe, Kalgea is among my favorites. I've probably spent more time developing this planet then any other in my 'verse... and that includes Ultimare.

When the human settlers found what is currently known as Kalgea, there wasn't much terraforming to be done to it. It was already a lush, green tropical world.

The human settlers figured that they could turn it into a resort planet, importing exotic plants and birds to make it more like tropical resort cities of earth.

After the extinction of humans, the life forms that they imported began to grow and flourish on their own, evolving all new life forms, including trees that grow over a mile high and forests made up of translucent, bioluminecent mushrooms.

Kalgea (Pronounced either Kal-Gay-Ah or Kel-Gee-Yah... I've been known to say it either way), is the homeworld of the Ani-Gathier species.
