Description
A commissioned piece for BlackDragon1800 of his two black dragon characters, both of which I'd designed at one point. The female was actually from a character auction that I held a few months back. It's always fun when clients ask me to go back and draw characters that I'd designed in the past... and to see them being used and loved. >_<

BlackDragon is an awesome client. The commissions that I'd done for him in the past were all very challenging. This one being no exception, since I actually had to use perspective here.

I don't own a ruler long enough to reach either of the vanishing points, so I actually had to make my own grid by scanning in a piece of graph paper and doing all of the background digitally, so the perspective here SHOULD be relatively correct...

I spent so much time on that background.

Also, on a random side note... I'll be offering character design packages in the near future.

Tools Used: Mechanical Pencil, Paper, Scanner, Photoshop, Paint Tool Sai
Time Taken: Unrecorded (Probably 8-10 hours all together...)
