Cryoc, scourge of the galaxy, and one of the highest ranking members of the new Planetary Trade Organization, was in charge of overseeing the destruction of the people of a planet under the Z-Fighter's protection. When word reached them, most of the Z-Fighters departed to aid the planet and take down the Planetary Trade Organization. Though they defeated his minions, Cryoc himself proved much harder to defeat, with his multiple powerful forms each proving to overwhelm the Z-Fighters. It wasn't until Lomeli transformed into a Super Saiyan that a lengthy battle raged on, ultimately leading to Cryoc's defeat. Though Cryoc fully expected Lomeli to kill him, Lomeli spared his life. After returning to the Organization's leaders, he was set to be executed, but escaped to Earth to warn them and aid them in taking down the Organization. Afterwards, he was reluctantly granted permission to stay on Earth, aiding the Z-Fighters from time to time under his new Earth name "Michael."
