King Galaxy's message:"It's been fun to work on this, since I used to dance on MMX music when I was 5 years old. I've tried to fuse modern instruments with those they have used in the game. Being nostalgic yet true to my own style. The Title, Glacier Basilisk and VS White Axl theme are based off of existing MMX themes. The rest is really my own creation, I hope you enjoy! Someone's very nice to create soundtracks for my X9 Concepts! He asked if he could create custom soundtracks and I said yes. I thought it will be just 2 or 3 soundtracks but he made a lot. I did this to make it presentable for you guys!
I asked if he could make it sound like X4-X6 soundtracks but in the end he pulled out a combination of X-X3 style and his personal style. The Maverick boss theme is amazing as well as Light Sigma's!Β
Anyway, maybe some other time I could remake some of the concepts. I don't dig some of the designs and the logo. XD

Glacier Basilisk's theme sounds familiar.

I've composed it in the same scale as Duff McWhalen's theme. I play the guitar part of Duff on the end of Glacier's theme, using a different instrument. I was always quite fond of it.Β

Oh my! These are some pretty kickass tracks! I like it sounds like a HD-fied SNES soundtrack; Like a mix of X4 and the likes of X1-3's soundtracks! It's really cool!

I wouldn't be apposed if you did some revamps on your X9 concepts (besides, I'd like to see more from you other than Commissions! Not that I don't like seeing commissions, but I like to see the brilliance that Mr. UMX has!)

I use Ableton Live and hardware synthesizers to make most of my music. For this I've also used a digital synth to re-create the X instruments.Β

When I play and record the melodies, it translates into MIDI indeed. After some extra processes, I convert it to audio for mastering.Β
