So long story short; I started with wanting to draw a character in this pose. Then I ended up having to get someone to take a pic of me in the pose because I couldn't find a ref pic online.Then I couldn't decide on a character to draw in the pose beyond being a character from bishoujou sailor moon. Then when all that was left was the head, I felt like drawing poofy hair and said to myself hey chibiusa has poofy hair.
So that's how I ended up drawing an aged up chibiusa.
Kinda messed up, huh?
