Description
Bored and practicing with Photoshop mostly. Small things to tweak both aspects of the image, added more glow to the red and white neon lights in the Fallout logo, did a lot of stuff to the Ranger ... Mostly to make his colors balance this color scheme more then what he came from. Made the lenses in his mask stand out and glow more as well. :3
