Part 3/4 of an icon commission for of Randall from Monster's Inc. Had some weird problems with my animation program working on this one-- it kept getting really screwy with my colors and the timing of things and I had nooo idea what was causing it or why it was only for this one icon? Guess my program didn't like the movie :U I was able to make it work through some complicated roundabout ways, so I still hope it looks okay!Not for free use!
