Memcho starts knocking on her door, begging her to talk.

“Akane, please don’t act like this. I can tell you're going through something. Please—talk to me. I’m your friend. I care about you a lot.”

Akane is getting angrier. She clenches her fist and feels a small surge of energy radiating through it. She suddenly punches her front door so hard that it makes her friend jump in shock. Memcho is now discouraged and decides to walk away. She’s very sad and almost on the verge of tears, but she feels that there’s nothing else she can do right now.

Despite punching the door with such sheer force, Akane feels almost no pain in her hand. She notices a small dent on her door, which ticks her off a bit.

She goes back to her room to let out her frustration.

“What the hell is her problem? I get that she’s worried, but why can’t she let me have my alone time? And besides, It’s not like I’m disappearing forever. We’re still friends.

As Akane tries to calm herself down, she gets a text notification. She doesn’t ignore this time. She sees that It’s from Memcho.

“I’m sorry for bothering you, Akane. You really hurt my feelings, but it’s my fault for pressuring you. I’ll be leaving you alone for as long as you want me to. I hope you start to feel better soon.”

Akane starts to feel very sad for hurting her friend.

“Oh God, what is wrong with me? Why did I lash out so fiercely at her? She was genuinely trying to help me and I just spat in her face. I’m such an asshole. I need to apologize to her.”
