Hello! Subscribers to my YouTube channel know that we are currently developing two animations - “In honor of 3000+ subscribers” and “Race at the Mos Espa Grand Arena”. The first is at the animation stage, the second is at the stage of constructing a map in Minecraft. Plus, whenever possible, I don’t miss participating in Minecraft animation collabs.
However, recently, while I was straightening my back, I developed another project - created based on the board game, but embodied it in Minecraft architecture. Today I will finish polishing some parts, but the playing field itself is already ready in Blender. It will be very unusual, since most of it is a surface of water, namely the ocean. Now I'm working on water textures. and decided to share a render of three types of water - blue (regular), as well as black and white for marking the field.
And although the animation is adventure, I want the field to correspond to its game counterpart. I won’t spoil the board game that became the prototype. I’ll just say that it’s over 40 years old and it’s still beautiful.
