Description
Here's another use for that nasty white tube-work that so many structures seem to be made of these days. This one has the added excitement of a totally useless millstone that is for some reason suspended at one end. I guess the perspective gave my photo some impact.In the lower frame, you'll see that the parochial Devon village of Exeter has at least one hidden treasure.
