Description
I was quite intrigued a few weekends ago to see a print not unlike this whilst browsing in a well-known UK high street art retailer. However, my shot of Grand Central Station in Manhattan has 'ghost' commuters in it thanks to my slow shutter speed. So whilst the basic subject is the same, the professional print I saw is dominated by rays of sunlight streaming through the windows at the back. My rather more modest work accentuates the dynamism of a busy railroad terminal. Thank you to my travelling companion Phil for the loan of his shoulder as a makeshift tripod!
