This is the Millenium Bridge, crossing the River Thames in London, extending between St Pauls and the Globe Theatre. When it was first opened, it wobbled like mad so the architects went back to their drawing boards and decided stabilizers needed to be fitted. It doesn't wobble now. I think the London skyline looks almost like an oil painting here.
