This definitely reminds me of a queen in the medieval times. You have all of its components: the classic fleur-de-lis points on the spikes of the crown, the sharply cut jewels, the lace headdress underneath the crown to show the femininity, and the kind and wise and motherly expression she has on her face. She is truly a radiant queen and a wonderful piece of art.

This is still one of my favorite pieces. The queen has such a kindly warm glow. She is especially comforting and sweet. She has the mature look of a woman but the kindness of a princess. Most people portray queens as old or evil so this is a nice change. She looks almost virginal with her soft white veil. Also, I wish I could draw hair like that.
