If therapy and relaxation was your aim for the viewer, I'd say you're a success.
Just looking at this is indeed theraputic. Your use of colors and shading create a nice contrast, but at the same time isn't overly dramatic and keeps the focus where it should be.
The flower part is interesting and very nicely done; it is dramatic, yet somehow the lights and skillful blend of various colors are soothing. I also like the diagonal stripes in the background; they lend a cool, slightly modern look to the wallpaper. The inverted reflection is also a nice touch.
All in all, lovely vector! I will now download it and set it as my wallpaper to help me unwind after a long semester at college. Great job!
