Just an announcement, I've abolished the tier 3$ and put it with the tier 5$ now on patreon for reasons.
Some moves work a certain way than others would. Since Koko is basically an onion, understanding how an onion would produce a powder had me thinking (not that I'm putting handicaps on moves!) Basically over time powder builds up and she can use some of it or all of it. The PP concept is still there, it's just based on how much there is or how much stamina/energy is required to use it. Sometimes a pokemon who's stronger could use a certain move more times than someone who's weaker, and the strength of certain moves can depend on how strong they are before applying weaknesses and such.
