Just an announcement, I've abolished the tier 3$ and put it with the tier 5$ now on patreon for reasons.Kokos Hidden Power was determined because when I was making my Modest Lilligant, the only types it'd make were either Dragon or Ice. Well Dragon wasn't going to do much coverage compared to Ice so that's what I went with. I wanted Fire but I would have had to go with the speed build instead of a modest build.
