What brand of pointe shoes do you have? Mine are Bloch.

Mine too! I use Bloch Serenade (with the strong shank). They're the only shoe I can use. I went into a Discount Dance Supply store and I had to go back like four times because they had to order practically everything in their warehouse and it was Serenade to the rescue.

Nice, mine I think are just Bloch. I have huge feet for a dancer....so no special stuff for me....
But when I first got my shoes, they gave me lamb wool pads and my feet had so many blisters my first month of classes. Then I asked around and EVERYONE told me that the gel pads are the best. So I bought them and my feet have been in heaven ever since!

Yup! I LOVE gel pads. My friend uses Ouch Pouches and I don't know how she does it. (I have big feet too. It's just that they're narrow so I need tapered shoes. Haha.)

Yes. My shoes were dying then, I'd had the same pair for almost four months and went through a performance of the Nutcracker with them. It was a difficult time for my toes. haha.
