Yellow- violent, fighters, do a lot of killing. Main job is killing. Able to target multiple people.
Red- stealth, hiding, stalking, quiet killers, focuses on one target.
Blue- Set traps, help others, medical, able to watch over multiple people, record, use cameras, collect and clean.
Green- Technology, computers, hacking, collecting intel
Confusing about colour code, [perhaps you have to read more in here]

Hi, I'm progettandoil my OC to attend this school if this is not a problem.

Hello, I'm planning on having my OC attend this Schcool if that isn't any trouble.
I'm going over everything and I see my OC is on the yellow side and the red side but mostly on the red. ((She is a silent killer and stalks people but she is very aggressive when killing and she mostly does killing 
The thing is that her weapons are like red side weapons I'm wondering if she is allowed to bring those weapons to school.

You don't need to worry about weapon, all the classes can use any weapon, just need to be logical why tejy use that weapon
And for the main class, you have to choose where your oc most use

well, weapon are effected when you choose classes.
Not necessary have specific weapon, just make sure the logical weapon that suit to classes
must have reason why they use that weapon

awesome! so i was planning to make an application for red class, could i use a scythe in that class or is there a specific recommendation for that class? Since they're a stealthy group with good hiding skills i would think maybe smaller weapons would be the appropriate way to go.

Yeap, red class weapon must be hidden, but not nesasary small. You can make scythe to be foldable if you wany

in this case blue class can kill to, but they more into support.
and one more thing for sure, eyeless jack CAN'T be in Proxy High
