Description

Today is Russia Day! For me our big and glorious country associates not only with bright and well known symbols, but with my district in Moscow, my countryside, huge fields by the road, small pond near the village, my favourite pines near my country house. They were planted when I was a small kid, and now they are impressively tall, stand proud and watch the land around. I always feel good near them, calm, being around means I’m home, I’m in Russia. Of course I would also like to visit other places in Russia, where I have not been yet: Karelia, Khibiny, Shikhany, Baikal lake, Krasnodar region, Elbrus Mountain, Odessa (during peaceful times, of course) and I’d love to revisit places I’ve been to: Altai or Pskov. But todayI am here, near my pine, and I’d like to share with you my sketch of it. Happy Russia Day!
