Blacksad! For those of you who aren't familiar, it's a beautifully drawn and sharply written noir series written by Juan Diaz Canales and drawn by Juanjo Guarnido. It's also an anthropomorphic noir series taking place in the late 50s centring on the exploits of John Blacksad, a black cat hardboiled PI and his gang of cohorts and enemies. All the law enforcement are canids, all the underworld usually reptiles and amphibians. It's a remarkable series well worth your time to hunt down. Purists I'm aware of the time period violation so no flag on the field I wanted to play with what would it look like as a 1970s greasy exploitation maybe an early Scorsese flick
