I saw this piece on the interior of a magic house at the OC Fair. It had him facing off against the Juggernaut in the same pose.

I hate Ultimate Rhino. This is awesome. I don't wand a 3 Stooges reject in a robo-rhino suit like the one that helped ruin the sequel to a good Spider-Movie. Everything was good except for the bad guys in Amazing Spider-Man II. This kind of Rhino would have made the movie better. That and an actual Rhino vs Spidey fight-scene.
