It's 3:42 AM at this time...
Done something like this in my old comp right before it fried.
It has a very crappy starfield aplied in the flame, coz the nebula by itself doesn't add too much to the background, but its crappy, so it's hardly noticeable.
-Apophysis 2.07b for the nebula
-Photoshop CS3 for the planets and frame and stuff in it.
