Peso had been navigating from one of the many underwater tunnels when he stopped to a halt. Someone was trapped! The person was trying to break free. Peso looked closer only to see how they were stuck. Their foot was tangled in the thick roots. The penguin went to move but, his body froze. Bullets pelted the person like rain. The tiger's jaws shot open with a gargled scream as his blood turned the water red. Peso stood there, shaking as ice ran through his veins. His eyes were wide with fear. Bubbles of unneeded air went up to the river's surface. The algae-filled water almost seemed colder now. With shot nerves, he turned the gup around and left, his flippers shaking the whole way.
