nicely done, but not perfect... you can immediately see it's fake because of the laws of perspective... the tatoo looks flat and doesn't bend where the skin does... a simple displacement map would create the illusion of a real tatoo... you should try that...
anyway, good job!

good job. i've done the same with myself. but you should make sure that the opacity of each of the designs is set to the same level so it all blends in. and try not to stretch designs. its easier to tell they're not real. but good stuff alround.
